Purpose

The EEO Liveboard's primary purpose is to promote transparency within an organization by providing a clear and comprehensive view of the demographic composition of the candidate pool and serve as a valuable tool for identifying disparities in candidate representation among different demographic groups.

What kind of questions can this liveboard answer?

  1. What is the current demographic composition of our candidate pool, including race, gender, disability status, and other EEO-related characteristics?
  2. How effective have our diversity and inclusion initiatives been in attracting a diverse candidate pool?
  3. Do our candidate demographics align with the broader talent pool in the industries we operate in?

Metrics Available

  • Hired Candidates Count (Based on Candidates in the 'Hired' Macro Stage)
  • Dispositioned Candidates Count (Based on Candidates in the 'Dispositioned' Macro Stage)
  • Gender
  • Race
  • Pre-Offer Veteran Status
  • Pre-Offer Disability Status
  • Candidates by Requisition EEO Type
  • Top 5 Disposition Reasons
    • This Answer showcases the top five disposition stages along with the number of candidates in each stage.

Note:

The EEO Liveboard only pulls in the system EEO-relevant attributes that are on the application directly.

Chart Considerations

  • The Gender Chart includes the "Declined to Identify" (selected by user) and the data from candidates that did not complete the application, all within "Not Specified".
  • To separate the two, use the Liveboard filter Application Status = Complete. Even though the chart legend will only display "Not Specified", using this filter will filter out all candidates that did not complete the application, therefore leaving only the candidates that clicked "Declined to Identify".
  • The Race Chart does not combine these and has both "Declined to Identify" (selected by user) and "Not Specified" (did not complete application).
  • Pre-Veteran and Pre Disability: These charts have both "Declined to Identify" (selected by user) and "Unknown" (did not complete application).
    • It will pull from either, as long as the application questions are the standard system field versions, AND they didn't make their own version, AND/OR the onboarding forms are the standard forms.

Default Filters

  1. Time Frame:  Last 90 Days
  2. Data Source: Hired Macro Workflow AND Dispositioned Macro Workflow

F.A.Q.

Does the liveboard include active candidates only?

By default, the liveboard looks at candidates in a hired macro workflow stage or a dispositioned macro workflow stage.

How is the total number of hired candidates calculated?

The total hired candidate count in the hired workflow macro stage is based on the current filters; who is a hire is based on the current workflow stage, but the hire date is based on the org setting.
