Please note in order to use this integration you must be part of PrismHR affiliates and have ClearCompany ATS only or ATS and Performance.

PrismHR Bi-Directional Integration- What is it?

The PrismHR Bi-Directional Integration is a bi-directional integration that will automatically sync new hires from ClearCompany to PrismHR as the system of record which allows the seamless use of ClearCompany’s ATS. Once the new hire is converted to an employee, they will sync back to ClearCompany via the existing PrismHR System of Record (SoR) integration to power ClearCompany’s Performance and Engagement Tools.

PrismHR Bi-Directional Integration- How is it used?

The PrismHR Bi-Directional Integration is used to:

  1. Send new hire data from ClearCompany to PrismHR.
  2. Send new hires as a candidate to PrismHR. The candidate is then converted to an employee in PrismHR.
  3. Send new hires as an employee to PrismHR.

How to Setup the PrismHR Integration

You will complete the integration setup with a ClearCompany Implementation Manager in a live meeting using ClearCompany documentation that is easy to follow.
