What is the Salesforce Plugin
Salesforce Plugin allows you to automatically track Salesforce data for individual goals in ClearCompany, including the number of opportunities converted from leads and the dollar amount of closed opportunities. The data that is found in ClearCompany can be edited if necessary.
Permissions
In order to complete the initial setup for the Salesforce Plugin, you must have the following permissions in ClearCompany and Salesforce:
The user completing the initial setup must have User Admin or IT Admin permissions in ClearCompany.
How to Complete Initial Setup
Once the permissions are set, follow these steps to connect Salesforce to ClearCompany:
- Navigate to Tools>Setup and under Goals select Auto Goals Updates.

You will be prompted with the Salesforce Integration, Click Get Started.

Select Authenticate through Salesforce’s website.

Use your ClearCompany subdomain to log in.

In the Salesforce popup, enter your username and password.
- Click Finish Setup to finalize.
Your email address must be the same in ClearCompany and Salesforce to connect the accounts.
Employee Salesforce Plugin Setup
- Click on Goals.
- Scroll down to find the prompt to Add Auto-Updating Goal. Your ClearCompany email address and your Salesforce email address must match.
- Select which metric you would like to track.
