Goal Progress Graphs
ClearCompany provides weighted goal completion percentage graphs across key dashboards to give employees and managers a clear picture of overall goal progress. These graphs calculate progress by weighting each goal according to its assigned weight. In cases where goal weights do not total 100%, the system automatically normalizes weights when calculating the completion percentage.
My Goals Dashboard (Employees)
Employees can view their total weighted goal completion percentage directly on their My Goals dashboard. This graph gives a single at-a-glance view of overall progress across all active goals, factoring in each goal's relative weight. To access:
-
Navigate to your My Goals dashboard, Me > Goals.
- The weighted goal completion graph will appear at the top of the dashboard.
Team's Goal Status & Grades Dashboard (Managers)
Managers can use the Team Goal Status & Grades dashboard to monitor employee goal progress, review completion percentages, and identify team performance trends.
Reporting to Me
The Reporting to Me view displays goal information for employees who currently report directly to you. This view includes:
- Goal statuses, grades, and overall progress for each direct report.
- Goals aligned with the manager.
- Individual employee goal progress and completion details.
If an employee’s goals are configured as private or visible only to themselves, the dashboard will display the message: This employee has no visible goals.
- Per-Report Completion Percentage: Each direct report's total weighted goal completion percentage is displayed on the dashboard, allowing managers to quickly assess individual progress across the team.
- Team Completion Graph: A graph displays the weighted goal completion percentage across all reports, enabling managers to identify trends and spot employees who may need additional support. This graph is available to both direct supervisors and matrix managers.
Manager & Peers

Weight Normalization
If an employee's goal weights do not add up to 100%, ClearCompany will automatically normalize the weights before calculating the completion percentage to ensure accurate reporting.
