Goal Chart

The Goal Chart is a visual representation of all public goals within an organization. Clicking a goal will display any aligned goals, any goal followers, associated meetings or projects, and where the goal is in relation to all others.  

The Goal Chart

1. To find the Goal Chart, click on Company in your Dashboard.

    

2. Click Goals & Performance.

3.  Click on Goal Chart.

4. To explore the Goal Chart, click on any goals in the chart to view any aligning goals.

   

5. Note that you can sort by Fiscal Year using the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the chart.

Symbols

While clicking through the goal chart, you will see numbers or different symbols next to the goals themselves.

• Flags with numbers: A flag indicates that the goal does not have completely restricted visibility (i.e. are visible to more than jus the goal owner). The number indicates its priority - 1 indicates highest priority, 2 indicates second priority, and so on.
• Locks: A lock indicates that a goal is private and only visible to the goal owner and Goals Admins.
