Dashboard Overview
When accessing your Learning Platform, users encounter two distinct displays: the User and Administration sides, each tailored to specific permissions and rights.
The user side accessible to all users, this side allows access to assigned training materials. | |

Dashboard Options Available
Upon navigating to the Learning Platform, users encounter various features, some visible only to administrators and assigned users.
Options
The learning dashboard is the home page users will see on the middle of the page. These are customizable depending on the gadgets being used. See below for the gadgets available.
This option displays all the assigned, started, completed, recommended, and bookmarked learning objects. Users can easily track their learning progress and due dates.
The All Training navigation tab is where all types of training can be found. Users can search any learning objects that have been made available to them.
The Social learning tab provides an overview of user activity and achievements within the learning platform.
The User Profile page in the learning platform provides a detailed and personalized overview of a user's activity, achievements, and settings within the system. It is designed to enhance user engagement, facilitate easy access to key information, and promote a personalized learning experience.
The administration allows users with corresponding rights (SuperAdmins, Admins, Managers) access to the Admin Dashboard. This is also referred to as the back end of the LMS.
The Question mark icon brings up a modal that provides pertinent information on the page in which it is activated. For example: if the question mark icon is clicked in the Learning Dashboard page, it will provide tips and information that will help the user navigate the page.
Clicking the message icon brings up a modal for built-in messaging within the LMS. The messaging feature allows users to communicate seamlessly within the platform, fostering collaboration and quick information exchange.
The Notifications page in the LMS provides users with an organized overview of all their notifications, ensuring they stay updated on their assignments and other important events.
The Documents page in the LMS allows users to view, manage, and download important documents housed in organized folders, facilitating easy access and document management.
The Calendar page in the LMS provides users with a visual representation of their scheduled learning activities, enabling better time management and organization.
Gadgets

Users with appropriate rights (SuperAdmins, Admins, Managers) can access the Admin Dashboard when navigating to Learning; Tools>Learning, admin users should see the admin dashboard, if not users can click Administration on the left-hand side.
Gadgets refer to customizable tools and widgets displayed on the dashboard, depending on user rights and enabled features.
Use the 'My Learning' option to monitor assigned, started, completed, recommended, and bookmarked learning activities.
