Learning Gadgets
Gadgets are customizable tools and widgets displayed on the dashboard, depending on user permissions and enabled features. The My Learning and All Learning gadgets help users monitor and manage their assigned learning objects and training opportunities.
My Learning
The My Learning gadget shows all the assigned, started, completed, recommended, and bookmarked learning objects. It enables users to track their progress and view upcoming due dates easily.
Displays all training assigned to the user that has not yet been completed.
Shows training that the user has begun but not yet finished.
Provides a transcript of all completed training for the user. This history can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.
Lists all training recommended by a group member. Recommended training is usually optional and not managed by an administrator.
Allows users to save training from the All Training library to their bookmarked page, enabling quick access without the need to search again later.
All Learning
The All Learning tab serves as a self-service catalog of all available training, customized for each user based on their access rights. If a user enrolls in a course from this page that has already been assigned to them, the record will be tied to the existing assignment.
Lists all training objects available to the user.
Search, Sort, and Filter by Title: Users can search, sort, and filter training by title. Selecting a title will open the object detail page for that specific training.
Allows users to search for training objects associated with specific tags, narrowing down search results.
Enables browsing by training object type (e.g., "Quiz" or "Class") if such types are available in the All Training library.
