Purpose

The Requisition Volume offers a clear overview of the current recruitment landscape.

What kind of questions can this liveboard answer?

  1. How many requisitions are currently open and actively being recruited for?
  2. Have there been any fluctuations in the volume of requisitions over the past year, and if so, what factors contributed to these changes?
  3. What is the status breakdown of requisitions, including those on hold, draft, or pending approval?
  4. Is the workflow distributed correctly across recruiters?

Default Filters

  1. Time Frame: Requisitions opened in the last 90 days.

Requisition Custom Fields can also be included. To add custom fields, the prebuilt liveboard must be duplicated.

Attribute Origin Description
Requisition Role Requisition The role is populated from the requisition role dropdown field.
Requisition ID Requisition

Depending on your system settings, requisition ID will be either the auto-populated requisition ID or the user-provided requisition ID.

When the auto-populate is enabled, ClearCompany assigns the ID upon the requisition's initial save. Requisition IDs must be unique across the organization and cannot be reused, even for unposted or deleted requisitions and templates.

Requisition Title Requisition Requisition Title is populated from the requisition job title field.
Recruiter Requisition This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Hiring Manager Requisition This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Department Requisition The department is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Requisition Office Requisition The office is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Requisition Posted Locations Requisition This will list out the selected posting locations for a requisition. This is selected from the requisition Posting Options → Location(s) for Job Boards (US). Up to 30 locations (including remote) can be selected to increase visibility for your job opening. We default your office as one of those locations, but you can remove it and specify other locations if needed.
Requisition Status Requisition This data point indicates the requisition status, encompassing positions that are either 'Open, Posted', or 'Open, Not Posted".
Daily Date Requisition Opened Requisition The date is displayed as the requisition's open date. This is automatically assigned when the requisition is created, regardless of status. This can be manually changed with the 'Select a open date' field on the requisition.
Daily Date Requisition Closed Requisition The date a requisition is closed will be reflected here. This column will display "Null" if the requisition is still open. If the position is reopened and closed, it will replace the date.
Total Number of Openings Requisition The number of openings assigned to the requisition. This field is optional and inputted under the Administrative Info section of a requisition.
Total Requisition Open Days Requisition The total number of days between the "Date Requisition Opened" and "Date Requisition Closed" fields of a requisition.
