The requisition dashboard helps you understand how a job requisition is performing and take action in one place. You can review candidate activity, monitor progress, manage applicants, and update requisition details without leaving the page. This article walks you through each section of the dashboard so you can quickly find the information you need and manage your hiring process more effectively.

Requisition Dashboard Overview

The requisition dashboard is organized into key sections that support your hiring workflow:

  • Dashboard: High-level metrics and alerts for the requisition.
  • Candidates: View and manage applicants in the requisition.
  • Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Details: View and edit requisition information.
  • Analytics: Review performance data and reporting.

Each section is designed to give you clear insights and actionable tools to move candidates through the hiring process.

Requisition Dashboard Details

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a summary of requisition performance and highlights areas that may need attention.

  • Requisition status: Displays the requisition title and current status.
  • Openings and activity
    • Number of openings
    • Days open
    • Total candidates
    • Candidates in the interview and offer stages
    • Number of hires
  • Search candidates: Use the search to quickly find candidates within this requisition.
  • My alerts: Alerts related to your activity. Example: incomplete scorecards.
  • Hiring team alerts: Alerts for other members of the hiring team. Example: pending interview feedback.

    Note

    Users with hiring manager permissions may not see this section.

  • Candidates I’m following: Shows the candidates you have chosen to follow within this requisition.
  • Inbound candidates: Displays candidate volume trends over recent weeks.
  • Top candidate sources: Shows leading sources by candidate volume and quality (graded vs. other).
  • Grade distribution: Displays how candidates are distributed across grading categories.
  • Top disposition reasons: Shows the most common reasons candidates were dispositioned
    Includes reasons from all workflow stages.

Candidates: Requisition View

The Candidates tab allows you to view and manage all candidates for the requisition.

  • Candidates Statuses
    • Total Applicants
    • New Applicants
    • Screening
    • Interviewing
    • Offer
    • Hired
    • Dispositioned
  • Candidate list: The candidate list includes:
    • Checkbox: This is used for performing bulk actions. Refer to Bulk Actions to learn more.
    • Grade: The candidate's grade, if they have one; if not, this will be blank.
    • Candidate Name: The candidate's full name from the application.
    • Notice: This will display a notice if applicable. This is done by going to the candidate profile, Click Actions, then Edit Candidate Profile. Under Notice, you can add candidate tags, for example, Referral, Internal, or Vendor. To learn more about tags, refer to: Candidate Tags.
    • Hiring Stage: The hiring stage that they are currently in.
    • Hiring Manager: The hiring manager who is listed under the requisition.
    • Last Action: The date the last action was taken for this candidate.

Requisition Prospects

The prospects section helps you find and engage additional candidates.

Talent community: Search for candidates who previously applied to similar roles. Suggested filters include role and location, but you can refine criteria as needed.

Additional sourcing tools

  • Source analytics: Review sourcing performance.
  • ClearCompany CRM: Manage candidate engagement campaigns. Refer to: ClearCo Drip Campaigns.
  • LinkedIn recommended matches (optional): View suggested candidates based on integration settings. Refer to: Using LinkedIn Recommended Matches.
  • Cold Prospects: With information from the requisition and job description, we will be able to find a list of prospects with contact information that you can easily add to talent communities to contact. Refer to: AI Assisted Candidate Sourcing Overview.

Requisition Details

The Details tab provides full visibility into requisition setup and configuration.

  • Info: This will show information about the requisition when it was created. The information you can see is below. If you would like to make any changes, you can select "Edit Details"
    • Job Description
    • Administrative Info
    • Custom Fields* (If custom fields are added)
    • Hiring Team
    • Requisition Notes
    • Attachments
    • Approvers* (If approval process added)
    • Apply Process
  • Job Boards: This will show information about the posting options that were selected, and if you would like to make changes, select "Edit Posting Options". 
    • Free/Standard Job Boards
    • Location (s) for Job Boards (US)
    • Automatic Feeds
    • Paid Sponsorships
    • Custom Sites
    • Vendors with Access
  • Goals: This will show any goals and skills & competencies associated with the role selected in the requisition creation process. You can make changes by selecting "Edit Goals & Competencies". 
    • Goals
    • Skills & Competencies
      • Role-Specific Competencies
      • Company Competencies/Values
  • History: This will show the actions that were taken in this requisition and by the user. This will include posting updated details and requisition status changes.

Requisition Analytics

The Analytics section provides reporting insights for the requisition.

Available reports include:

  • Candidates Interviewed
  • Scorecards Completed
  • Scorecards in Progress
  • Number Hired
  • Final Score By Candidate
  • Interviewed Candidate Status
  • Score by Section

Reports can be downloaded or presented as needed.

At this time, this dashboard cannot be customized.
