This report is a comprehensive table that includes all the fields and details associated with individual candidates in your ClearCompany account.
This report serves as a reference tool for stakeholders involved in the recruitment process to see details pertaining to any candidate in the system.
This report is ideal for clients who prefer to export their candidate data for further analysis and manipulation outside of ClearCompany. It is especially beneficial for clients with advanced Excel skills, as it includes a wide range of data points.
Candidate ID
Each time an individual applies a new candidate ID is automatically generated by the ClearCompany System, and this generated ID will be reflected in this column.
Candidate First Name
This data point is populated from the candidate profile. This is either when they complete the application or if a resume if uploaded.
Candidate Last Name
This data point is populated from the candidate profile. This is either when they complete the application or if a resume if uploaded.
Candidate Grade
This is the grade assigned to the candidate on their candidate profile.
Date Candidate Applied
The date the candidate is created, either when they start the apply process or Indeed sends us data about a candidate.
Current Macro Workflow Stage
The macro workflow stage a candidate is sitting under will displayed in this column. Valid values: New Applicants, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, Hired, Declined by Employer, or Withdraw by Candidate.
Current Workflow Stage
This will be populated based on the current micro workflow stage a candidate is in. These stages are created and determined by your organization.
Workflow Change Date
The date the candidate changes workflow stage. This is either done by a user manually or if a rule is set up.
Source Detail
This data point looks at the specific source from the candidate profile.
Role
This data point is populated from the requisition role dropdown field.
Requisition Title
This data point is populated from the requisition job title field.
Requisition ID
Depending on your system settings, this data point will be either the auto-populated requisition ID or the user-provided requisition ID.
Requisition EEO Type
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Budget
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Office
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Department
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Recruiter
This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Hiring Manager
This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Gender
This data point is populated from the Gender System question that can be added to the application process. If the gender system question is not included in your organization's application(s) this data point will not be populated.
Race/Ethnicity (Self ID)
This data point is populated from the Race System question that can be added to the application process. If the race system question is not included in your organization's application(s) this data point will not be populated.
Pre-Disability Status
This data point is populated from the Disability Status System question that can be added to the application process. If the disability status system question is not included in your organization's application(s) this data point will not be populated.
Pre-Veteran Status
This data point is populated from the Veteran Status System question that can be added to the application process. If the veteran status system question is not included in your organization's application(s) this data point will not be populated.
Time to Fill Start Date
Depending on your system settings, this data point will be set to one of the following options: Requisition Open Date, Requisition Started Approval, Requisition Approved, or Requisition Publicly Posted.
Hire Date
Depending on your system settings, this data point will be either the onboarding packet hire date, when the candidate is moved into a Hired Macro Workflow stage, or the offer letter acceptance date.
Days to be Filled
Based on the settings for your organization this will display the number of days it took to for the position the candidate applied for to be filled.
Days to Hired
Depending on your system settings, this data point will be either the onboarding packet hire date, when the candidate is moved into a Hired Macro Workflow stage, or the offer letter acceptance date.
Candidate Custom Fields
This data point will be extracted from the custom field(s) associated with a candidate, which has been established through the Custom Fields Setup process and granted permission for inclusion in reporting.
Requisition Custom Fields
This data point will be extracted from the custom field(s) associated with the requisition, which has been established through the Custom Fields Setup process and granted permission for inclusion in reporting.
