F.A.Q.

Does the Positions widget exclusively list open and posted requisitions or does it also encompass open requisitions that have not been posted?

By default, this references open requisitions - both those that are open and posted, as well as those that are open and not posted. The specifics, however, can vary depending on the chosen filter criteria.

How is an active offer defined?
An active offer is characterized by candidates currently positioned within a micro stage under the overarching macro stage of “Offer”.
Do new applicants include candidates who have applied to multiple requisitions?
This encompasses the total count of candidates, so if an individual has applied to multiple requisitions, they will be counted multiple times.
