This report serves as a reference tool for stakeholders involved in the recruitment process to see details pertaining to any requisition in the system.
This report is ideal for clients who prefer to export their requisition data for further analysis and manipulation outside of ClearCompany. It is especially beneficial for clients with advanced Excel skills, as it includes a wide range of data points.
Requisition ID
Depending on your system settings, this data point will be either the auto-populated requisition ID or the user-provided requisition ID.
Internal Requisition ID
Each time a new requisition is created a backend database ID is assigned. This ID is reflected in this column.
Requisition Title
This data point is populated from the requisition job title field.
Role
This data point is populated from the requisition role dropdown field.
Total Days Open
This data point is pulled from the requisition dashboard and shows the number of days since the open date on the requisition has passed.
Requisition Status
This data point shows the status of the requisition, whether open, closed, or on hold.
Hiring Manager
This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Recruiter
This data point is populated from the requisition in the hiring team section.
Department
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Office
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Number of Openings
The number of openings that is set when creating a requisition in the admin info section.
Remaining Openings
This data point shows the number of remaining openings, based on the number of candidates in the Hired stage versus the number of openings set on the requisition.
Requisition Open Date
The data point shows the date which was chosen as the open date when creating a requisition. If the open date field is updated, the new date will be reflected.
Requisition Closed Date
The date a requisition is closed will be reflected here. This column will display at N/A if the requisition is still open. If the position is reopened and closed it will replace the date.
Requisition EEO Type
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Budget
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Salary Range From
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Salary Range To
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Salary Range Per
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Desired Start Date
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Replacing
This data point is populated from the requisition in the administrative info section.
Vendor Enabled
If a vendor user is enabled to help with this requisition, the column will reflect 'True'.
Active Sponsorship
If there are any active sponsorships set within the posting options page of the requisition, the column will reflect 'True'.
Furthest Workflow
The furthest workflow a candidate is placed in on the requisition will be reflected here.
Active Candidates
The number of active candidates in the requisition. This only includes candidates in the following macro stages: new applicants, screening, interviewing, offer, or hired.
Total Candidates
This data point is pulled from the requisition dashboard and shows the number of total applicants, active or dispositioned.
Requisition Custom Fields
This data point will be extracted from the custom field(s) associated with the requisition. This setting is established through the Custom Fields Setup process and specific fields can be granted permission for inclusion in reporting.
