Onboarding Analytics (Legacy) reports provide visibility into your organization’s onboarding process by tracking task completion, approvals, and timelines. These reports help identify delays, monitor task ownership, and measure how efficiently new hires are being onboarded. With these insights, teams can proactively address bottlenecks, improve accountability, and ensure a smoother onboarding experience for both new hires and internal stakeholders.
Overview
The Onboarding Reports (Legacy) focus on task management and onboarding workflow performance. These reports allow you to:
- Monitor task completion and overdue items.
- Track upcoming onboarding responsibilities.
- Measure the timeliness and efficiency of task completion.
- Evaluate approver performance.
- Analyze onboarding activity trends over time.
Report Details
Overdue Tasks by Owner
Provides visibility into onboarding tasks that are past due for both new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Excludes deleted or opted-out tasks and the default “Welcome” task.
- Highlights accountability by showing which assignees have overdue items.
Attributes
- Candidate ID: Unique identifier for the new hire.
- Onboard: New hire name.
- Email / Phone: Contact information for the new hire.
- Start Date: Scheduled start date.
- Task: Name of the onboarding task.
- Internal Task: Indicates internal vs. new hire task.
- First Assignee: Primary task owner.
- Days Past Due: Number of days overdue for the first assignee.
- Second Assignee: Secondary task owner (if applicable).
- Days Overdue: Overdue duration for the second assignee.
- Approver Email: Email of the approver.

FAQ
On-time completion is calculated as: (Tasks completed on or before the due date ÷ Total tasks with due dates) × 100.
If a task is not yet overdue, fields such as “Days Past Due” or “Days Overdue” will remain blank.
Most onboarding reports use the task due date or start date (depending on the report) when applying date filters.
