Onboarding and Onboarding and Recruiting Clients Differences

The main differences between the onboarding tool for clients with and without recruiting are below:

1. If you are using recruiting, you can launch the onboarding packet from the candidate profile/tearsheet.
2. You would have to do so from the onboarding tool if you are not.
3. The other main difference is that with recruiting, we have already captured some information so some fields will be captured in the application process.
