1. Go to Tools -> Setup -> New Hire Packet Template
2. Click the drop-down menu at the top of the page and select the template you wish to edit
3. Click "Add Item To Packet" from the options in the upper right hand corner.
4. Fill out the sections in the window that appears.
- Name: The name of the packet item
- Packet Task Type: New Hire Task
- Type: View definitions for each task type here: Types of Onboarding Tasks
- Note: Both Form and Approver will appear once you've made a selection here.
- Form: Used for either a Document, Sign and Scan, or Online Form task. This is a form from your Online Form library or a Document from your Document Library.
- Approver: Who should approve the form when it is completed.
5. Click submit and you're done!
