I-9HQ Process

• Add the I-9 task to the onboarding packet.
• The new hire completes Section 1 in the onboarding packet.
• An administrator completes Section 2 in I-9HQ.
• The system automatically submits the form to E-Verify.
• You can track case status and resolve issues in the I-9HQ dashboard.
• Completed I-9 forms are stored in I-9HQ.

ClearCompany’s integration with I-9HQ includes:

• I-9 task in onboarding: Add a pre-built I-9 task to onboarding packets
• Simplified new hire experience: Guide new hires through Section 1 with validation and prompts
• Admin access with single sign-on: Open I-9HQ directly from ClearCompany without logging in again
• E-Verify integration: Automatically submit I-9 forms and track case status.

Additional Services

• I-9 Anywhere (virtual): New hires complete Section 2 with a live authorized representative over video
• Remote Section 2 completion: Administrators can complete Section 2 using an approved virtual process
