Assign access to custom LMS agents

Assign custom learning agents directly to individual learners or learning groups so each group gets help with the materials they are studying. To manage agent access in the learning management system, Super Admin permissions are required with the custom agents add-on enabled.

Before you start, make sure you have checked learner access to any learning objects used to build the agent. LMS agents built from learning content will only show content that users have permission to see. This helps protect sensitive information.

NOTE

Only custom LMS agents can be assigned to learning groups.

Assign custom learning agent access to learners

Link coaching agents to individual learners or groups to control who can see each assistant.

1. Assign individually or at the group level. To get started, go to Admin > Agent Studio > Manage Agents.

   

2. Click the pencil icon next to the agent you want to update.

   

3. To assign learners individually, navigate to the User Access tab. Search for the learner(s) and add them to your agent.

    

4. To assign to a learning group, navigate to the Group Access tab. Add your group(s) and save your changes.
