Preparing for interviews with the interview agent provides a 60-second candidate snapshot and a tailored question bank so your hiring panel never walks into a meeting cold.
The interview agent reviews the candidate's resume to highlight strengths and gaps, using the job description to provide success criteria and the scorecard to review competencies and make suggestions. Finally, it uses previous interview notes to provide context so you can build upon what other interviewers have already asked.
