To streamline the UKG New Hire integration setup, it may be necessary to extract organizational data from UKG and transfer it to ClearCompany. Below is a step-by-step guide to assist you in navigating through UKG to locate the required data.

Extracting Organizational Data from UKG-Using Business Rules

When getting the information for the data points we recommend providing the information via an excel document but a PDF will also work. We will only need the data points that are currently active and you will be using for the integration.

1. First Log In to UKG and Navigate to System Configuration.
2. Navigate to Business Rules.
3. Under Business Rules, you can either search for the data point using the search bar or you can scroll through to find the data point you need. Once you click on the data point you will have the option to print it as a PDF or you can copy and paste it into an Excel document. The following data points you will need to gather are:
   
   
   1. Job Titles:
      
      
   2. Departments:
      
      
   3. Locations:
      
      
   4. Pay Group:
      
      
   5. Earning Group:
      
      
   6. Deduction Benefit Group:

Extracting Organizational Data from UKG- Using Reporting

There is an alternative way to gather the data using the Reporting option. See a step-by-step guide below.

Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate to Menu -> Administration
2. Reporting -> Standard Reports.
   
3. Access the Available tab.
4. Using the Search bar enter the desired report name. For example, "Location" was used in this instance.
5. A new window will appear, choose the specific fields you wish to include in the report, in this example, we are choosing Location Code and Location Name. Click Next to proceed.
6. Name this report and select the File Type, we recommend choosing Excel. Click Next.
7. On the next screen, click Finish.
   
8. Once you have completed the steps, return to the Completed tab and wait for your report to be generated. Once the report is ready, forward it to your ClearCompany agent, with whom you are collaborating on the integration.
9. You can click on the report and it will begin to download in the format you specified.
