Share step-by-step instructions or process guides.
-
Provide quick links to shared documents or folders.

Display charts or diagrams for cycle-related metrics.
The Home page can be updated at any time and is instantly visible to planners once saved. You can also include “Important Links” as a dedicated section for easy access to documents and tools.
Update the Employee Landing Page
To customize the Home/Landing Page:

Important links allow planners to quickly access relevant documents or folders. Important Links should NOT be used to upload a document to that page; it should only include a hyperlink/URL to a file or webpage location. This allows the organization to control the document and update it locally on a shared drive for both content and permissions.
- Go to Sys Admin, click on Configure Important Links (Home Page).
- Click + Add Important Link.
- Complete the following fields:
- Display as Name
- Group that Can View
- Import Document
- URL
- Click Submit to save.

- Keep the content concise and easy to scan.
- Use bullet points and headings for readability.
- Place the most critical information at the top.
- Limit charts to key metrics to avoid overwhelming users.
