Secure File Center

The secure file center is a way for clients to upload and receive files that contain sensitive or private information. They can both upload files so ClearCompany employees can securely retrieve them or can download files a ClearCompany employee uploaded for them.

Upload File to Securely Transfer to a ClearCompany Employee

  1. Log into ClearCompany (user must be either a User Admin, HR Admin, or IT Admin)
  2. Navigate to Tools > Setup > Secure File Center

  3. Click Add Files

  4. Select the Compensation History .csv file you just downloaded from ADP
  5. Click Open
  6. You’re done! Your ClearCompany contact will be able to access those secure files and import them into the correct system fields in your ClearCompany trial org

Retrieve A File Uploaded For You

  1. Log into ClearCompany (user must be either a User Admin, HR Admin, or IT Admin)
  2. Navigate to Tools > Setup > Secure File Center

  3. You will see any available files in the list
  4. Click the file name to download

Delete Files

  1. To delete a file from the Secure File Center, hover over the file name and click the X that appears on the right hand side
  2. This will delete it permanently from your file list, as well as ClearCompany files - it deletes it everywhere. This action cannot be undone
