System Requirements
Supported Browsers: The Learning platform works with any modern web browser and recommends the current or prior major release of the following browsers on a rolling basis:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
Third-Party Plug-ins: ClearCompany Learning does not require third-party plug-ins and is designed for HTML5 playback. Some third-party or custom content may require a third-party plug-in, double-check system requirements with each content vendor.
Note:
ClearCompany Learning recommends that cookies and JavaScript be enabled.
Recommended Hardware
For optimal performance, we recommend the following system requirements:
- 1 GHz or faster processor
- 1 GB of RAM or more
- 1280 × 960 or higher resolution for optimal viewing
- Speakers or headphones for audio
- Broadband Internet connection

Note: A width of 1385 pixels and a height of 1000 pixels is recommended
There is a 1600pxl width limitation and no height limitation which allows images uploaded to take up the whole dashboard area.
File types: jpg, gif, png
Size: varies, the system will automatically resize the image to fit parameters. The minimum width is 400px.
SCORM Learning Objects
- SCORM file maximum size for a single and bulk upload is 2GB.
- Must be a valid SCORM/AICC file in zip format.
- Must contain a valid imsmanifest.xml or *.au manifest file.
- ClearCompany Learning accepts SCORM in version 1.2 and 2004 and AICC-compliant courses.
