UKG Integrations Overview

We offer several integration options for UKG. We support UKG Pro Onboarding & UKG Pro Core (New Hire). This integration is a bi-directional integration that sends new hire information from ClearCompany to UKG and syncs the system of record data from UKG Pro to ClearCompany.

UKG Pro Core/New Hire

This integration is built for clients with UKG Pro Core. There is no process step in the "complete hire" process of this integration. There is an option with this integration to send over a "process hire" that functions like Pro Onboarding where you must take action in UKG before the employee is completely ready for payroll. This integration is to be used solely for organizations that have ClearCompany Onboarding and ATS.

UKG Pro Onboarding

This integration is built for clients with UKG Pro Onboarding. This integration sends new hire information from ClearCompany into UKG Pro Onboarding to be processed into a new hire. There are additional steps required when a new hire is sent over. This integration is to be used solely for organizations who have ClearCompany’s ATS only and UKGs Onboarding.

UKG Ready System of Record

This integration will sync the necessary system of record data from UKG to ClearCompany and update the data as changes are made in UKG. The bi-directional integration allows UKG Ready clients to utilize ClearCompany's performance product suite without double data entry.

UKG Pro System of Record

This integration will sync the necessary system of record data from UKG Pro to ClearCompany and update data as changes are made in UKG. The integration is bi-directional allowing UKG Pro clients to utilize ClearCompany's performance product suite without double data entry.

UKG Pro New Hire Differences

Best Client Fit	Clients that use ClearCompany Onboarding and have a UKG Core subscription. Clients that want to send as much data to UKG as possible. This works for clients who want new hires to be sent to UKG fully processed, i.e. they want to skip the pending queue.	Clients that use ClearCompany Onboarding and have a UKG Core subscription. This option works for clients who would like new hires to be placed in a "pending" queue for further processing and are okay with not sending tax and direct deposit data.	Clients using UKG for Onboarding and ClearCompany ATS Only.
Client Process	Clients will receive the new hire in UKG as a fully processed employee.	Clients will receive new hire data in UKG's pending new hire queue and will complete processing in UKG.	Clients will receive basic information about new hires in UKG and complete their onboarding process in UKG as normal.
