ADP Bi-Directional Connector: Available Data Points

The ADP Bi-Directional Connector can send a variety of employee data points from ClearCompany to ADP during the New Hire Transfer process. The list of available data points varies across different ADP & ClearCompany products and connector versions. This guide details what data can be sent to ADP based on your configuration and where that data is typically sourced from within ClearCompany. 

CALLOUT INFO: Please note that only raw data collected through forms and onboarding activities is sent through this integration. If file copies of the new hire's documents are needed in ADP, download the completed form in ClearCompany and upload it to ADP.

Types of Data Sources

New hire data is typically collected during Recruiting activities like Applications and Onboarding activities such as completing onboarding forms. Employment data, like the new hire's Role/Job Title, Department, and Office/Location, is typically determined by the selections made on the Requisition or Onboarding Packet associated with the new hire.  Tip: Click on each image to expand the view.

Available Data Points by ClearCompany Product

As mentioned above, employee data is commonly collected during Recruiting and Onboarding activities. Therefore, clients utilizing both the ClearCompany Recruiting and Onboarding modules will be able to transfer more employee data to ADP through the Bi-Directional Connector.
