Who is Simplifi-9?

Simplifi-9 is a technology-focused human capital management solution and tax incentive firm that provides software and services to help companies save time, save money, and reduce risk. Simplifi-9’s I-9 and Everify solutions ensure compliance with USCIS requirements through a mobile platform for I-9 completion anytime, anywhere.

Prerequisites and pricing

This integration is available to organizations using version 2 of the ClearCompany Onboarding system and may be included in certain packages or, offered as an add-on. Please reach out to your ClearCompany representative for pricing details specific to your company. 

 

Integration details

ClearCompany's integration with Simplifi-9 includes the following features: 

1. Advanced I-9
   

   • Integrated Onboarding Task: A pre-built I-9 task allows you to easily modify your onboarding packet templates and utilize the Advanced I-9 solution with new hires.

     

   • Simplified I-9 New Hire Experience: Dynamic logic, formatting guidance, and instructional prompts are built into the I-9 that can be completed from any device with ease.

     

   • Admin Single Sign-On into Simplifi-9: Admin users have quick access to Section 2 of the I-9s and the whole Simplifi-9 dashboard via the Simplifi-9 app in ClearCompany. Our app's seamless Single Sign-On login method eliminates manual login and managing multiple tabs. 

     

2. Everify
   • Reduce steps of your onboarding process by having Section 2 of the completed I-9 form automatically submitted to the E-Verify Administration. All case details, including Tentative Nonconfirmations (TNCs) and the appropriate action on how to handle them, are housed, tracked, maintained, and stored within Simplifi-9.

In the summer of 2022, ClearCompany released an enhanced I-9 integration version that further streamlines the user experience and reduces manual activities for new hires and admins.
