Prerequisites to Using ClearCompany Rehires

Review the following checklist to ensure your organization's account is ready to utilize ClearCompany Rehires effectively: Rehire Pre-Requisite Checklist.

 

Rehire Features

  1. Ability to link a Candidate with their previously terminated User profile and have termination/employment details appear on the candidate profile in Recruiting.

  2. Ability to merge an Active user profile with a Terminated user profile for the same employee.
  3. Ability to manually assign the Former Employee Notice to a candidate profile.
    • The new Former Employee Notice will appear on Candidate Lists for easy reference.
