Requisition Guardrails: Require Role Selection

We are introducing a setting that mandates role selection when creating or updating Simple Form Requisitions (similar to A-Method). This will apply to new requisitions and updates to existing ones without a selected role, while also auto-populating the Role field when a Role Requisition Template is chosen to streamline the process.

AI Course Builder
