Chick-fil-A Home Payroll VendorBridge Authorization
What is this? Why do I have to do this?
Below are the first steps to take in creating the connection between your Chick-fil-A Home Payroll and ClearCompany. This allows ClearCompany to send new hire data directly to your Chick-fil-A Home Payroll system, reducing manual data entry.
What you will need:
As the ClearCompany administrator you will need:
-
- Your ClearCompany Login Credentials or your owner/operator’s login credentials*
*Be sure that if you use your owner/operator’s ClearCompany login that they have set their password prior to the following steps.
Coordinate with your owner/operator to gain access to your Vendor Bridge. Only your owner/operator will have the access to activate ClearCompany in your Chick-fil-A’s vendor bridge in your Chick-fil-A portal.
How long will this take:
This should take no more than 10 mins!

The Vendor Bridge is now enabled! There is one last thing for you to do...
Reply back to ClearCompany and let us know your Chick-fil-A location IDs & the name(s) of states you hire in. Once these steps are complete ClearCompany will:
- Load the correct State tax documents in the system.
- Make adjustments to your workflow stages so that you can track the new hires you have sent to payroll.
- Make adjustments to your onboarding packets to ensure that you have the proper onboarding forms.
What to look for next:
When we’ve done all that, we will reach out to you so that you can send the new onboarding packet to a new hire to complete. We will use this completed packet to test the integration. Chick-fil-A Home Payroll won’t accept fake ‘test’ data, so be sure to communicate with us if you won’t be hiring for a while. That way, we can support you when you have a new hire to test after the integration is complete.
