Approving World of Work (WoW) App for Users

WoW apps assigned to users will need to be approved by the app administrator(s). There are two ways an WoW app can be approved:

• App Provisioning - This applies when manual provisioning is enabled 
• App Assignment Approval - This applies when auto-provisioning is enabled 

App Provisioning

1. Once a WoW app has been assigned to a user, head to Me and then Tasks
2. Locate the task for the user or if you have multiple tasks in your account click the filters dropdown next the Tasks and select App Provisioning
3. Click the app provisioning task for the user
4. Click Complete once you have confirmed their account has been created in the 3rd Party app

App Assignment Approval

1. Head to Me and then Tasks 
2. Locate the task for the user or if you have multiple tasks to approve click the filters dropdown next the Tasks and select App Assignment Approval 
3. Click the app assignment approval task for the user 
4. Click Approve to assign the app

The users will be able to access the WoW app from My Apps once logged into their ClearCompany account
