Removing Employee Access to a World of Work (WoW) App

You may need to remove an employee's access to a WoW app if that employee is no longer in the role that needs access to the app.

Follow the instructions below as an app administrator to remove an employee's access to a WoW app.

1. Head to Tools and then World of Work
2. If you do not have IT Admin permission, you will be brought to usage page
3. If you have IT Admin permission, select the Usage tab where you will select the connected app
4. Click the X icon next to the name of the user
5. Confirm you want to remove app access by selecting Yes 

If your app was configured using the manual provisioning method, you will also need to complete a task for deprovisioning the app.

1. Head to Me and then Tasks 
2. Locate the app deprovisioning task for the user or if you have multiple tasks filter the tasks by clicking App Deprovisioning 
3. Click the Deprovision an App task for the user
4. Click Complete once you have confirmed the account in the 3rd party app has been removed for the user
