Assigning a World of Work (WoW) App to Users

Once an app administrator has been set up, WoW apps can be assigned to users, both individually and within roles, so that they can gain access to apps that are relevant to them. This guide will go over the steps necessary to assign WoW apps to users.

1. Head to Tools and then World of Work
2. If you are not an IT admin, you will be brought to the usage page to assign users
3. If you are an IT Admin, select the Usage tab to assign users
4. There are 2 options to assign the app to users:
   • Click Add Role to assign the app to all users within a specific role
   • Click Add Employee to assign users individually

All users with access to the app will be listed under the Employees with Access to App table

Please ensure the user responsible for the overall administration of the WoW app is also given access to the app when assigning users for the first time.
