Virtual Recruiter vs Career Site Funnel
This chart shows how candidates progress through each Workflow Type from the Virtual Recruiter and Public Career Site. Candidates are counted each time they enter a new Workflow Type but are not double-counted within the same type, even if they move between stages or re-enter later. This chart reflects historical data, not the current funnel.
Notes
- These metric only count candidates who originated from the virtual recruiter or career site. Candidates sourced from these AND forwarded to other requisitions are not included in this report.
- For example, if Amy was sourced from Virtual Recruiter on Requisition A and then forwarded to Requisition B, her activity for Requisition A will be tracked in this report, her activity for Requisition B will not be tracked in this report.
- Any missing months or gaps in the line charts are due to no data available for those months.
