Drip Campaign Link to Career Site adds a new dynamic content placeholder to the Drip Campaigns templates. This new link ensures that candidates are directed straight to the job opening on your career site and allows the Virtual Recruiter to recognize the prospect's name.

Our AI offerings add two new features to ClearCompany:

1. AI-Assisted Candidate Sourcing: allows you to use our AI recruiting assistant to search for and display potential prospects with little to no effort on the recruiter's part. With information from the requisition and job description, we will be able to find a list of prospects. To learn more check out: AI-Assisted Candidate Sourcing. 2. AI-Assisted Talent Match: allows you to leverage AI to enhance Top-of-the-Funnel applicant screening efficiency, especially for high-volume requisitions, by prioritizing candidates who best meet job requirements criteria at the top of the new applicant's list.
