 SMS for Drip Campaigns

SMS for Drip campaigns includes SMS messaging as part of all of your prospect messaging tactics. This allows you to Add SMS capabilities to drip campaigns in talent communities to help target prospects via the communication method that is most used.

1. A new ClearText setting for SMS campaigns must be enabled to get these features.
2. In setup, a recruiter can choose to queue an email and/or an SMS message (i.e. a text and email can be queued to go out at the same time).

 Express Reviews: In-Flight Changes to Visibility Setting

We are introducing more flexibility into Express Performance Reviews while reviews are active. This allows the ability to update the visibility settings on the active review.

 Candidate Magic Links

This feature allows candidates access to the application through secure magic links, enhancing user experience and data security. Candidates will be able to access their account without requiring them to remember a password to log in simply through the use of email. This will be the primary path for a Candidate to access their existing applications or the Candidate portal.

1. When returning to the application (or accessing the candidate portal) the candidate is prompted to enter their email address. This sends an email immediately to that address. The email contains a link they can click on that will take them to their attended destination without requiring any further authentication.
2. If the email hasn't been used and 15 minutes have passed, the link will expire but attempting to use the expired link will immediately send a new email with an updated link to the candidate's inbox.
