Paylocity Marketplace Workspace allows Paylocity clients to manage vendor integrations for their company. Marketplace allows companies to browse and select new integrations as well as manage existing and active integrations.
Only company users, with the required security roles and permissions, can initiate a request to begin an integration via the Marketplace.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In to Paylocity HR & Payroll HERE. If you are unable to log in, please contact your dedicated account manager or Implementation Consultant for support.
- Once logged in use the ☰ Workspace selection menu in the upper-left corner of the page and choose Marketplace.
- Using the Search and Navigation features of the Marketplace find the integration you are looking for. Select the Vendor.
- On the next screen, click Begin Integration in the upper right-hand corner. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your integration request.
Important Notes:
- Before submitting your integration request make sure you have contracted services with the vendor you wish to integrate.
- Review the alert window after you click “Begin Integration” and use the checkbox to acknowledge the integration service fees.
- Complete the PADE form in its entirety. Use this resource below for any questions regarding the PADE. (Must be signed into HR & Payroll to access knowledgebase).
