Source of Data
Employee Name
This data point is populated from the user profile fields for First Name and Last Name. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users.
Role
This data point is populated from the user profile field for Role. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users.
Office
This data point is populated from the user profile field for Office. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users.
Department
This data point is populated from the user profile field for the Department. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users.
Supervisor
This data point is populated from the user profile field for Supervisor. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users.
Gender
This data point is derived from the Gender system question that candidates would have been asked during the application process and/or onboarding paperwork if they were hired through ClearCompany. It can also be manually updated for users via the user import tool. However, if a candidate was not hired through ClearCompany or did not answer the gender system question, and the field has not been manually updated, this data point will remain unpopulated. If you are an ADP client, with the ADP System of Record integration enabled, this data point will be populated based on the information passed to ClearComapny through the System of Record Integration.
Race/Ethinicity (Self ID)
This data point is derived from the Race/Ethnicity system questions that candidates would have been asked during the application process and/or onboarding paperwork if they were hired through ClearCompany. It can also be manually updated for users via the user import tool. However, if a candidate was not hired through ClearCompany or did not answer the race/ethnicity system question, and the field has not been manually updated, this data point will remain unpopulated.
Age
This data point is populated from the user profile field for date of birth. This can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users. This value will always be shown as a range.
Employee Status
This data point is populated from the user list. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users> Filter Employees. Retained indicates the employee is still active and has not been terminated.
Company Tenure (Years)
This data point is populated from the user profile field 'Original Hire Date'. This data can be seen under Tools> Setup> Users. This data point reflects the total time the individual has been employed at the company. This is total time, and not based on time in their current role.
