 Recruiting Benchmark Data

Recruiting Benchmark Data provides a new report in ClearCompany. The report provides insights so you can understand how your requisition and candidate counts compare to others within their industry and to the U.S. Labor Market. You can select an industry to compare your data with, and dashboard metrics are updated weekly. The list of industries is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

 Express Performance Reviews: Inflight Changes to Single Reviews

1. Express Performance: Inflight Changes to Single Reviews:
   

   While conducting a Performance Review, the reviewee, reviewer, and admins can now make some additional adjustments. While reviews are active, you can change the below:

   1. Ensure proper goals are represented via a ‘refresh button’ (including removal and/or addition of a goal).
   2. The reviewer can easily be switched mid-review and maintain the previous reviewer's feedback.
   3. Admins can update a review's stage, choosing to advance and/or send it back to a previous stage.

 Onboarding Data Walls

Onboarding Data Walls provide more granular control over your employees’ access to private data. With Custom Data Walls for onboarding, admins can define the data segments that exist within your organization, assign onboarding packets to their corresponding segments, and grant or revoke access to those segments on an employee-by-employee basis.
