 Indeed Job Feed Enhancements

ClearCompany allows your job postings to be sent to Indeed. We are always improving the information we send to Indeed to improve the visibility of your job postings. In this feature bundle, We have added additional fields that can be sent to Indeed, those fields are:

1. Job Feed Email Address
2. Salary Range
3. Job Type
4. Workplace Type
5. Category/Department

  Paylocity System of Record Integration

The Paylocity System of Record integration allows organizations to automatically populate and update their data in ClearCompany to remain in alignment with Paylocity as well as send new hires directly from ClearCompany to Paylocity. This connection creates efficiency throughout ClearCompany workflows by ensuring accurate data is available at all times and removing the need to manually update employees, roles, supervisors, etc. Check out Paylocity Overview to learn more.

 UKG Ready Integration

1. UKG Ready Integration:
   

   This allows clients using UKG Ready to gather new hire information to download from ClearCompany and manually upload it into UKG Ready. The manual CSV data transfer process offers a straightforward solution for efficiently moving new hire data between ClearCompany and your UKG Ready Account. This is designed to collect vital new hire information enabling hassle-free data movement. By choosing this method, you optimize data processing efficiency. 2. UKG Ready System of Record (SoR):
   

   This integration allows organizations to automatically populate and update their data in ClearCompany to remain in alignment with the UKG Ready System of Record. This connection creates efficiency throughout ClearCompany workflows by ensuring accurate data is available at all times and removing the need to manually update employees, roles, supervisors, etc.

 Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations

When creating a requisition, you have the option to select to include multiple locations so that each location has its own job posting. This allows users creating a requisition to save time when creating the same requisition. Check out Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations to learn more.

1. Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations Reporting Updates: 
   

   With the Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations feature, reports will show information related to candidates applying to different locations within one requisition. Users will be able to efficiently analyze and evaluate applicant data tailored to each specific location. Reports will have two new updated columns.

   1. Applied Location (s)
   2. Posted Location (s)
