The UKG Ready Bi-Directional Connector and UKG Ready System of Record (SoR) is an integration that allows data to flow from UKG Ready to ClearCompany. As data changes are made in UKG the ClearCompay system updates, and as new hire information is gathered in ClearCompany it is sent to UKG Ready, providing a bi-directional integration. There is a cost associated with this feature. Please reach out to your ClearCompany representative for more information.

What is the UKG Ready Bi-Directional Connector?

The UKG Ready Bi-Directional Connector updates data as changes are made in UKG Ready to ClearCompany. This connector works with the System of Record and the UKG Ready New Hire Integration to handle data transfer from the two systems.

With the UKG Ready Bi-Directional Connector, clients can:

Send new hire data from ClearCompany to UKG Ready
Create full employee in UKG Ready
Populate and keep foundational data aligned between UKG Ready and ClearCompany

What is the UKG Ready System of Record?

The UKG Ready System of Record integration allows organizations to automatically populate and update their data in ClearCompany to remain in alignment with the UKG Ready System of Record. This connection creates efficiency throughout their ClearCompany workflows by ensuring accurate data is available at all times and removing the need to manually update employees, roles, supervisors, etc.

Tax CSV

Only the identifying data is mandatory for this export (SSN for example). Everything else, including the Federal W-4 and state tax info, is conditional.

It’s important to note that any fields that are mandatory for manual tax information creation are also mandatory for tax information uploads in UKG Ready.

UKG Ready F.A.Q.

Does this integration put the new hire into a hired state in UKG, or a pending state when successful?

They will be put in a hired state, UKG Ready does not support pending employees.

Direct Deposit & Tax information can still be manually uploaded via CSV by the client correct?

Yes

Is Single-Sign-On (SSO) available through UKG

At this time, Single Sign On with UKG Ready is not available.

How often does the System of Record Sync happen?

Every hour.
