Upon gaining access to BackgroundChecks by ClearCompany, you'll receive a welcome email containing your login credentials. The initial login will prompt you to change your password, enable 2FA, and set up security questions. This article guides you through the process of resetting your password if you encounter any login issues.

- Navigate to the AllScreening Site: https://allclearscreening.instascreen.net.
- Click Forgot Password next to the password field.
- Enter your username when prompted.
- If you have 2-factor Authentication enabled, enter the code received on your phone or email.
- Answer a security question.
- If correct, you can proceed to create your new password.
- Once the new password is set, you will be logged into the Background Checks by ClearCompany portal.
