AI Assisted Candidate Emails

Recruiters will have the option to use the new AI chatbox for assistance while composing emails to candidates. The goal of AI assistance is to provide better content, appropriate mechanics (grammar/spelling), and better candidate-facing communication so that users can recruit top talent for their organizations.

What are AI-Assisted Candidate Emails?

This feature allows recruiters to engage with AI to author clear and professional communication with candidates. Recruiters can choose a prebuilt prompt or they can create their own prompt. The prompt will use the AI engine to create the content in the email body.

How is it used?

Recruiters have 10 changes to revise prompts to get different outcomes from the AI engine for creating content.

Provided Prompts

1. Interview Availability Request - this will prompt the AI engine to provide email content to ask the candidate for interview availability.
2. Disposition Candidate - this will prompt the AI engine to provide a professional and kind email that tells the candidate that the recruiter is not going to move them through the process for the current role at this time.
3. Application Incomplete Reminder - this will prompt the AI engine to provide email content that can remind the candidate to complete a partial application so they can be considered for the position
4. Self-Directed - Users can enter information that will be used with the AI engine to generate customized content for any topic/subject.

We try to prevent unprofessional language and discrimination with prompt engineering. However, we cannot ensure this cannot happen in every circumstance. Customers are expected to act professionally and humanely towards people.

Steps

1. Navigate to Recruiting> Select your Candidate.
2. Click Actions> Email candidate.
3. Click Get Me Started.
   
4. You will have two options, you can either use the Pre-Made prompts we have available or Start your own.
   
5. If a Pre-Made one is selected, you can undo or Help Me Improve, which will allow you to provide prompts to improve the text.
   
6. If you Start a New AI Prompt, you will be presented with a new window to enter details to draft the email.
