Navigating to Offer Letter Templates

  1. Tools > Setup > Offer Letter Templates.OF Tem.png
  2. Either Add a Template or Edit a Template.Templates.png
  3. You will have these premade initial prompts:
    1. Full-Time
    2. Part-Time
    3. Exempt
    4. Non-Exempt
    5. Internal
    6. External

How to use it?

Steps
  1. Select Get Me Started.
  2. Select from Pre-Made Prompts or Start a New AI Prompt.
  3. If a Pre-Made one is selected, you can Undo or select Help Me Improve.
  4. If you Start a New AI Prompt, you will be presented with a new window to enter details and draft the offer letter template.
  5. Then Click Save when done.
