In a sea of new AI offerings, buyers need to ask about two things:
- What data was used to train the AI models? If companies are simply deploying ChatGPT, then you’re getting generic responses from generic data. ClearCompany has 20 years worth of data to train models that are specific to recruiting, hiring, and talent development to provide extremely relevant guidance and automation.
- Is the AI reliable and responsible? Another aspect that separates ClearCompany is our commitment to responsible AI that reduces bias instead of increasing it, and using best practices and patterns that keep the AI on rails to prevent embarrassing moments where AI generates inappropriate responses.
ClearCompany is setting the standard in Talent Management for leveraging AI safely and effectively. We did not rush these AI features out the door like some of our competitors. The first thing we did was define what Responsible AI means to us, then we designed systems with our AI to keep everything on rails and to prevent bias, like using decision trees with our chatbot.
We’ve leveraged 20 years of data to responsibly develop multiple in-house machine learning models that score the relevancy of a candidate's resume to a job description, all without the use of an LLM(Large Language Model) and without exposing customer data to third parties.
Compliance with laws applicable to our business is a pillar of the development of all ClearCompany products, including our forthcoming artificial intelligence-based product releases. Our team is mindful of anti-discrimination laws and current and forthcoming laws that pertain specifically to artificial intelligence in the recruiting and employment context.
- ClearCompany’s AI-Assisted Talent Match uses proprietary ClearCompany algorithms to extract insights to inform a customer’s further evaluation of job applicants solely based on the applicants’ relevant job titles and skills. The technology does not ingest or consider a job applicant’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Further, the technology does not otherwise infer information regarding these Title VII-protected characteristics, for example, that an applicant’s name might correlate to a certain religion, sex, or national origin.
We should note that ClearCompany is a software provider. Each customer ultimately bears responsibility for ensuring that it utilizes our products in a manner that is compliant with all laws applicable to its business.
