This report shows all tasks that are past due for either the new hire or approver. Tasks that have been deleted or opted out of, as well as the "Welcome" task, are filtered out of this report.
This report shows all tasks that are due in the future for either the new hire or approver, with the exception of deleted tasks.
This report shows incomplete/pending I-9 tasks ordered by the new hire's start date, with the exception of deleted packets and tasks. If the task is past due, the number of days that the task is past due for each assignee will be displayed in the columns "Days Past Due" and "Days Overdue". If the task is not yet past due, those columns will be blank.
This report displays information about onboarding packets with incomplete tasks, excluding packets, and tasks that have been deleted. The last four columns in the report show the number of tasks that meet the criteria for those columns (i.e. pending first assignee, past due first assignee, etc.).
This report shows how many of each type of task have been completed, as well as the average number of days it takes for the first and second assignees to complete the task. The report also shows the percentage of tasks that owners completed by the assigned due date. Deleted packets and tasks are excluded from the results set. These percentages are calculated by dividing the total number of tasks completed on or before their respective due date for the given assignee by the total number of tasks with due dates and multiplying by 100.
This report shows the number of completed and pending tasks for each approver, the average number of days they take to complete tasks, and how frequently they complete tasks on time. Deleted packets and tasks are excluded from the results set. The average days to complete is calculated by taking the average of the difference between the date on which an approver task was completed and the date on which a new hire task was completed. The percentage of tasks completed on time is calculated by dividing the total number of tasks completed on or before the due date for the given approver by the total number of tasks with due dates and multiplying by 100.
This report shows the number of distinct new hires per month based on the start date set when they were issued an onboarding packet. Deleted packets are excluded from the results set.
This report shows all onboarding tasks, regardless of whether or not they have been completed. The report does, however, exclude tasks that have been deleted. The column "Task Completion Date" refers to the date on which a task was completed by the new hire.
