ClearCompany Implementation service is defined as a collaborative project with a dedicated Implementation Manager who will be the Project Manager to ensure that feature activated aligns with the signed agreements.

Implementation Service Level defines both the breadth and depth of involvement needed by each party. These are structured to align with the average complexities of your organizational demographics.
QuickStart:
- Virtual instructor-led training designed to swiftly familiarize you with the system
- Self-driven learning through our comprehensive suite of on-demand resources with unlimited access to training and setup materials
Talent Coach:
- Structurally timed account setup with process alignment suggestions on key features
- Task-based implementation roadmap and Self-Guided learning
Strategic Engagement:
- In-depth Account setup, guidance and alignment assistance
- Enterprise-wide process optimization with customized solutions
- Rollout assistance

Expectations
Implementation Service Levels are run within specific time frames to match both technical aptitudes with desired speed to success. These projects have task-based Train-the-Trainer and Live Instructor Training approaches to ensure success.
Organizational Stakeholders will be responsible for learning the administrative management and process modifications to align with your evolving business.
Project Success is determined by:
- Activation of the items on the Signed ClearCompany agreement.
- Customer Stakeholders attendance for implementation calls and completion of assigned tasks between calls.
- Customer Stakeholder completion of trainings for active participation and ownership of setup, configuration, and learning of their ClearCompany account.
- Alignment to the agreed upon Implementation Schedule and Timing of task completion, to ensure their desired configuration within the project timeframe.

ClearCompany has partnered with GuideCX to deliver mutual success for each Implementation Project. The GuideCX platform is used as a Project Management tool for all parties, keeping us all on track and on time for our deliverables and tasks.
The easy-to-use GuideCX platform has been designed in a way to automate your success with a few clicks from your email, so there is no need to learn an intermediary tool, all interaction can be done straight from your inbox.
Implementation Projects within GuideCX are structured to provide Feature information in line with the quickest path to success. These Projects are always customizable with the assistance of your Implementation Manager.
Note: Due to the nature of its delivery, the QuickStart Service Level does not use this Project Management Tool.
