Data Walls is an administrative function within ClearCompany that provides HR Admins and User Admins to control Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding content visibility across your organization. Utilize Custom Data Walls to apply granular controls over content visibility across your organization. In this package, you will be taken through the implementation of Data Walls for your organization by an Implementation Manager. Kickoff Your dedicated implementation manager will meet with you to understand your business challenges and provide a custom project plan to guide you. 1-hour call
Learn Gain an in-depth understanding of how Data Walls work, and begin to understand how to maximize their value to your organization Both topics will be covered on a 1-hour call.
Create a data Groups Structure Your IM will work with you to define the optimal Data Groups structure and provide you with documentation of how the groups will be set up. Both topics will be covered on a 1-hour call.
Audit and Update User Access Review your current users and their access permissions. Determine which groups the users belong to. The IM will provide a copy of your user data to review.
Data Configuration Your Implementation Manager will update your users and requisitions according to the data groups you have defined during the scoping and audit process. We will update the system for you!
Testing & Wrap-Up Your implementation manager will walk you through testing the setup, so you can confirm that the Data Walls are properly configured. 1 Hour Call
