The One-on-Ones Prebuilt Liveboard provides insights into how frequently employees are meeting with their supervisors through the 1:1 Workspaces feature. This liveboard helps organizations understand whether regular one-on-one meetings are occurring, identify employees who may not have recent or upcoming meetings scheduled, and monitor engagement between supervisors and their teams. By reviewing this data, organizations can support consistent communication, strengthen manager–employee relationships, and encourage more effective employee development conversations.

To access the One-on-Ones liveboard, a user must have the IT Admin permission.

Purpose

The purpose of the One-on-Ones Prebuilt Liveboard is to provide visibility into the frequency and consistency of one-on-one meetings between employees and their supervisors. Regular one-on-one meetings are a key component of employee engagement, performance management, and career development. This liveboard helps organizations identify employees who may not be meeting regularly with their supervisors and highlights trends in meeting frequency across teams.

Key Questions this Liveboard can answer

Which employees have not had a one-on-one meeting with their supervisor in the past 30 days?
Which supervisors are consistently holding one-on-one meetings with their team members?
Which employees do not currently have a one-on-one meeting scheduled in the next 30 days?
How frequently are supervisors meeting with employees across the organization?

Metrics Included

Employees with no 1-1 Last 30 Days
- Displays the count of employees who have not had a one-on-one meeting with their supervisor in the past 30 days.
Supervisors with 1-1s in the Last Month
- Shows how many employees each supervisor has held one-on-one meetings with in the past 30 days, and how many employees did not have a meeting during that time.
Supervisors with employee 1-1s scheduled for the next month
- Displays which supervisors have upcoming one-on-one meetings scheduled with their employees over the next 30 days.
Frequency of 1-1s
- A visualization showing how frequently supervisors are conducting one-on-one meetings with individual employees.
Employees with no 1-1 Next 30 Days
- Highlights employees who do not currently have a one-on-one meeting scheduled with their supervisor within the next 30 days.

Employee First Name	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for First Name.
Employee Last Name	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Last Name.
Supervisor	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Supervisor.
Employee Office	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Office.
Employee Department	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Department.
Employee Role	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Role.
Frequency of 1-1s	One-on-One	Indicates how often one-on-one meetings are scheduled between the employee and their supervisor.
Next 1-1	One-on-One	The date of the employee’s next scheduled one-on-one meeting with their supervisor.
Days Since last 1-1	One-on-One	The number of days that have passed since the employee’s most recent one-on-one meeting with their supervisor.
Employee Status	System	The current employment status of the employee. Active Terminated Deleted
