Our Performance reports provide more perspective on performance data with a simple interactive experience. Our Standard Performance Report delves into your employees' performance and goals.
All reports offer available filters in the top left corner of the report, under the orange filters button. Please expand these filters and adjust the default settings to target the data you need. You can save frequently searched filters and favorite specific reports to show on your Favorites tab—simply click the star next to the report name while viewing a specific report. These favorites are unique to your ClearCompany login.

Cycle Progress
This report shows the completion status of current and past performance review cycles. Note: there is also an option to pull reports for 360 Cycles specifically.

Employee Scores
Understand how employees score against each other by examining your employees' most recent final review scores. This report normalizes the most recent final review scores on a 100-point scale so employee final scores can be compared even when the scoring differs across cycles.

Manager Scoring
This report highlights deviations in average manager scoring compared to the group average. All manager scores are considered when calculating the standard deviation, and they can be compared to the count of direct reports by the manager.

Employee Goal Use
Understand how many employees are using goals in your organization. We limit the number of departments and roles to those with the highest counts of employees without goals. To show departments or roles not initially shown, use the filters to see data on specific offices, departments, roles, supervisors, or employees.

Goal Alignment
Organizations use goal alignment to track whether employees are working toward common goals. If your organization encourages goal alignment, use this report to understand how many and which goals are aligned by company or department, and which supervisors are encouraging goal alignment with their own goals.
