Overview of U.I Changes

ClearCompany is making some changes to the system to improve the user interface and update it to a more modern look and feel. These changes will have some key features and changes to places in the ClearCompany platform. This change will also make it simple and intuitive to navigate around ClearCompany.

What are the U.I Changes?

Old	New
Fonts	We have a new font in the system.
Button Shapes/Color	You will notice the buttons have more curves and have our new ClearCompany colors.
Log In Page	The login page has been improved and updated.
Home Page	The home page has been updated for easier navigation and more options available. The widgets are organized in a three-column format: Left Column: The user's information. Center Column: Information regarding the company and news around the company.* Right Column: The user's activities or tasks. *The center column will change depending on users and company. If there are no new hires the widget will not show. If the newsfeed is disabled, tasks will display here instead.

For widgets that require a permission, if the user lacks that permission the widget will be removed

Login Page

The logo and image can be updated to reflect your company branding. The recommended minimum size and aspect ratios are: Logo - 600x240 and Background Image - 1600x1600. If you would like to update your Logo and Background Image, please reach out to support@clearcompany.com or your ClearCompany representative.

Dashboard	This new dashboard will give you direct navigation to Goals, Performance, Tasks, Notes, and Devices.* *Depending on your permissions
Goals	Users are able to update and look at their goals directly from their dashboard.
Tasks	Users are now able to see all their tasks in the dashboard and navigate to the tasks. They will also be able to hide their tasks in intervals of 3 months, 6 months, & 12 months.

Changes	The biggest change to the newsfeed is that written comments have been replaced by emoji reactions.

Most of the changes can be seen in our Performance and Goals tools but we will be continually changing and making efforts to update our Onboarding and Recruiting platform.

FAQ

Can the widgets on the homage page be rearranged?

At this point, no.

How is it enabled?

This new interface will be automatically enabled for all users in the ClearCompany system. Starting on April 19th, all users will see the new interface when they log in.

I see outdated articles, will those be updated?

The learning and knowledge team are working together to update all of our articles and courses to show the new interface. We ask that you be patient with us as we work through these changes.
