ClearInsights: Recruiting Reports and Custom Fields

You are able to add additional data points needed to our standard ClearInsights
reports for recruiting utilizing custom fields you create. For a step-by-step guide on how to
set up these custom fields, please visit this article.

Our standard reports can accommodate up to 20 additional data points in order to configure
the standard reporting to best suit your needs, at no additional cost.

Most Recruiting reports in this offering have the ability to include custom requisition or
custom candidate fields, or a combination of both.

Key Things to Know:

  1. When setting up custom fields, you do need to specify which, if any, custom requisition or candidate fields are displayed in these reports. This is done in Setup > Recruiting > Custom Fields by checking the box (Y) for Reporting next to the custom fields you want to be included. Include.png

  2. Once you add custom fields to reporting, the reporting database will update with these fields added. Initially, this database sync can take a few hours to incorporate new data points. Prior to that, you might see values of N/A in the report.

  3. Custom fields are included in the Filters and in the ending report Table.

Note: "Multi-Select" custom fields are not supported at this time in standard reporting, and a custom report would need to be developed for you. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager should you feel you need a custom report built.
